  • SITE ENGINEER

    Job Scope:

    • Responsible for entire site project cycle from stage of preparation, PTW (Permit to Work) obtaining,quality inspection until project completely hand over.
    • Define project purpose, scope and timeline.
    • Ensure project executed according to scope is applied correctly and project standards are meet.
    • Calculating resources required. Allocating, schedulling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors.
    • Monitor dismantling, cleaning and re-installing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and issued verification documents.
    • Evaluating every stages of work process in project; if there is any negligence aspect recommend appropriate corrective control to eliminate the risks or to minimize it.
    • Identify, communicate and implement change orders activities and resolve project probelms.
    • Ensure planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of site projects are accomplished within the planned time without LTI and other incidents.
    • Maintains safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standard and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
    • Liaise with cleint, vendor, main and sub-contractors, safety supervisor, project engineer, project manager and consultants.
    • This position report to Project Engineer.

    Requirement:

    • At least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in relevant field.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Knowledge in ISO 9001 and OHSAS 45001.
  • ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

    Job Scope:

    • Check all Payment Request and verify its supporting documents
    • Check all payments, including payments by cheques, telegraphic transfers, bank drafts and pretty cash.
    • Prepare monthly payroll.

    Requirement:

    • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in accounting
    • At least 1 year working experience in related field
    • Good knowledge in computerize accounting and payroll software
  • PROJECT ADMINISTRATION & COORDINATOR

    Job Scope:

    • To assist the Project Engineer to coordinate the different trades subcontractors for meeting, project documentation and etc.
    • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
    • To implement project documentation control procedures.
    • To monitor project staff attendance and punctualities.
    • To contact suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
    • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

     

    Requirement:

    • Degree or Diploma in a business, management, or engineering discipline.
    • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position or related working experience.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Good computer skills.
